Team Leader, Safety and Reliability

Reporting to the Defence Business Unit Director, develop, profitably grow and deliver the business.  Manage a team of nuclear safety case professionals.  This role gives excellent opportunity for career development in a dynamic and exciting market.

Knutsford, Cheshire

Salary

 

Competitive salary (plus car/car allowance, performance based bonus scheme).

Key Responsibilities

 

Key result areas are:-

Identifying and capturing business opportunities, profitable growth

Maintaining and developing client relationships

Ensuring financial and non-financial targets are met

Ensuring projects are managed to exceed client expectations and profit targets

Day to day management of staff with a variety of skills and experience

Development of staff to ensure business needs are met and individual aspirations met wherever possible

Ensuring technology used by the team is continually improved to maintain the Company’s competitive advantage

Pro-active marketing the services of the Company
