Project Manager

ERS has a Client who is seeking to appoint a Project Manager.  The successful candidate will have proven experience running complex projects in a safety critical environment (nuclear, power station, etc.) with a demonstrable track record of delivering results, managing people, project finances and reporting of progress to peers.

Contract rate negotiable depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

 

The successful candidate will typically be working on New Build and/or Nuclear Clean-up and remediation programmes and experience in these areas would be an advantage as would working within the Nuclear, defence or relevant sectors.

They will be able to demonstrate project management competency along with experience in project planning (Primavera/Microsoft Project), cost control and monitoring, and commercial/contract knowledge.

Demonstrably excellent communication skills is a pre-requisite.

The ability to communicate at all levels is required as is the ability to present project strategy and complex project issues in a comprehendable, simple, clear and concise manner.

Clear leadership and negotiating skills are also required. All of which are essential in developing Client Relationships as well as managing successful projects.
