Nuclear Safety Analyst

Reference: 24 – 0032

Vacancy at Quedgeley in Gloucestershire for suitably qualified candidates in Reactor Physics, Dosimetry and Shielding, Thermal Hydraulics and Reactor Transient Analysis.

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate an aptitude for solving problems and analysing data, as well as developing detailed computational models of real plant and written communication in technical reports.  There will be opportunities to visit Clients at their sites.

 

 

Location

Quedgeley, Gloucestershire

Salary

£25k to £35k

Key Responsibilities

Modelling real plant radiation transport problems by the application of state of the art modelling tools.

Working to strict Quality Assurance standards.

The production of high quality technical reports on the outcome of their work.

Delivering their work to agreed timescales and costs.

Interfacing with customers throughout the lifecycle of projects including the specification, delivery and presentation of results.
