Training Managers

ERS have a Client who is actively looking for  Training Managers to help deliver the planned UK  nuclear programme for the Company and it’s Clients.

 

 

Location

 

Paris, France

Salary

 

Negotiable depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

 

Delivery of the programme will require members of the organisation to undertake training in the understanding and use of tools, processes and procedures that are unfamiliar to them.

This will relate to areas such as; systems, safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ), work environment, regulatory requirements, etc. and will include existing client and the Company’s working practices and new ones which will be developed to reflect the design and delivery of the product within the UK environment.

The task of the Training Manager, will be to interface within the project and with other Client/the Company’s teams to identify these needs, and to develop, implement and keep records of the training programme.

Implementation will be through the use of both in-house and externally sourced training programmes.

Anticipated deliverables include:

Training needs analysis reports.
Training plans.
On the job training aids.
Assessment plans.
Training records.
Sourcing training providers.
Quality assessment of course providers.

Must be conversant in French and English, with good concise written French and English.
