Construction Manager

ERS have a Client who is actively seeking a Construction Manager. The project is to build a major research facility. This is highly complex incorporating a number of sub-projects ranging from R&D aspects, through manufacture and assembly of substantial, novel technology items through major facility design, build and commission.

 

 

Location

Aldermaston, Berkshire

Salary

Negotiable depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of a construction site and direct site managers and subcontractors to ensure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and above all safety are maintained.
