  • ERS have a Client who is actively seeking to engage a Mathematical Consultant to work across both the inspection and structural discipline areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitable individual to supply general mathematical support to practical integrity projects and also to undertake research and development in these areas.




    £23k to £30k

    Key Responsibilities

    Managing and contributing to research and development projects and structural integrity problems.

    Analysing problems, developing and implementing solutions by the application of mathematical modelling techniques.

    The production of high quality technical reports on the outcome of your work.

    Delivering your work to agreed timescales and cost.

    Interfacing with customers throughout the lifecycle of projects including the presentation of results.

    Reporting on the outcome of research and development topics at conferences/seminars, as appropriate.

    Identifying new business opportunities.

    Assisting with the production of contract proposals and bids.

    Assisting in maintaining the technical capability/knowledge of the team.

    Representing the Department in technical meetings with clients and third parties.
