The company office at Wallsend is being expanded to house a multi-disciplinary team, providing a range of consultancy services to support Power Stations and other potential markets in the North-East of England. The Team Leader will be accountable for ensuring that the team expands to meet its business targets and for managing and developing the team of engineering and safety case professionals.

Supporting the Operations Manager in developing and executing the business strategy for the team.

Pro-actively marketing the services of the company and winning business.

Supporting the other team leaders in the business with generic strategic challenges.

Day to day management and development of staff with a variety of skills and levels of experience.

Ensuring that financial and non-financial targets are met.
