Senior Architect

We are looking for a Chartered Architect (RIBA) preferred to work at senior level with some management responsibility for technical staff.

Working as a key member of a specialist, in house multi discipline design team using the latest CAE tools to develop the design for both new and existing facilities associated with the maintenance and decommissioning of the Sellafield site.

Provision of ‘design assurance’ to our customer for the safety and quality of our designs.

Working in multi disciplinary Design teams in developing architectural and planning solutions associated with nuclear site processes. Interfacing directly with Plan Operators in delivering architectural design support to projects.

Selection and specification of specialist building products and materials suitable for a nuclear environment. Architectural Concept Design and detailed drawing Technical Specification of materials.
