Nuclear Safety Case Engineer

Reference: 1222081487

Ref. No. 429/EAB – 432/EAB. Safety Case Authors required to write and/or assess nuclear safety cases produced to support the implementation of nuclear power station plant modifications.

Salary

Attractive salary package, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and review nuclear safety cases.

Preparation/verification of safety documents.

Comply with the Company and clients’ Quality Assurance requirements.

Act as the point of technical contact for clients, including technical officers, project managers and site engineers.

Identify requirements for safety case supporting studies, and commission as necessary.

Provide input into site/project strategies.

Assist in the technical aspects of the production of quotations, bids and tenders from pre-qualification through to formal tender.

More experienced staff will be required to mentor/supervise less experienced staff.
