Team Leader, Safety Case & Technical Services

Reference: 1221648465

Ref. No. 511/EAB. The Team Leader will be accountable for ensuring that the team meets its business targets and for managing and developing the team of engineering and safety case professionals. Reporting to the Operations Manager in the Reactor Support business. The successful candidate will also have ideally knowledge and experience of the UK nuclear market.




Attractive Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities

Supporting the Operations Manager in developing and executing the business strategy for the team.

Supporting the other Team Leaders in the business with generic strategic challenges.

Day to day management and development of staff with a variety of skills and levels of experience.

Ensuring that financial and non-financial targets are met.

Maintaining and developing relationships with clients.

Pro-actively marketing the services of the Company and winning business.

Ensuring projects are managed to meet client expectations and to meet or exceed profit targets.

Ensuring staff receive appropriate training and development so that business needs are met and that individuals meet their personal aspirations wherever possible.

Developing excellent team working relationships across the Group and the rest of the Company.
