ERS have a Client actively seeking to appoint an Operations Manager following the recent growth in the C&EE Group. This is a new role created within the C&EE Business.

Managing the UK resident teams(Human Factors, Operational Services & Programme Management) and as part of the C&EE Leadership Team work with the Managing Directors of the subsidiary companies to maximise opportunities within the C&EE region and the Company marketplace.
To grow the Central & Eastern Europe Business with specific reference to the UK resident teams.
Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the Operations Managers will be accountable for the P&L associated with turnover growing to £5M+ over the next 3 years.
Key result areas will include:
Ensuring that financial and non-financial targets are met.
Maintaining and developing good relationships with our clients and subsidiaries.
Pro-actively marketing the services of the Company and winning work.
Ensuring projects are managed to meet or exceed profit targets and to meet client expectations.
Ensuring staff receive appropriate training and development to ensure business needs are met and that individuals meet their personal aspirations wherever possible.
Developing the Human Factors Team to support all the Company’s nuclear HF requirements.
Developing excellent team working relationships with the existing managers and other teams within the Company nuclear department.
